Once you have achieved your desired firmness, close the valve back up and it's off to sleep. Alternatively, if after a few minutes you find that your bed is too firm, pressure can be fine-tuned by opening the inflation value and poking your finger inside whilst lay on the mat a few gentle taps on the internal valve seal should do the trick. Simply attach it to the inflate valve and perform a bit of "CPR".
